Our Projects

The Genesis Trust seeks to meet the needs of disadvantaged people in the City of Bath by means of ten projects. Our aim is to help vulnerable individuals, families, and homeless adults to move forward in their lives. We do this by helping out in times of crisis by offering advice and support, and by offering longer term opportunities to help them to realise their potential.

Please click on each area to find out more about how we help:

Via 3 different projects we provide soup, sandwiches, hot snacks and a Sunday meal for vulnerable adults: Lunch Box, Soup Run & Sunday Centre. Via Bath Foodbank we provide emergency food parcels to individuals and families.

We provide advice, support and clothing to rough sleepers and people in hardship, as well as a listening ear:
Lifeline Centre, Family Matters and Bath Street Pastors

We also provide information and support to families wanting to foster and adopt via our new project Home for Good

Our Furniture Project in Oldfield Park sells furniture and household goods to families and individuals on benefits and / or low income and accepts donations from across Bath and NE Somerset.
