Life Skills offers practical and creative workshops to people who are struggling – this may be due to mental health issues, isolation, addiction or low confidence. All our courses are free and there are a range of activities from creative writing and art to cooking and music therapy. We run continuous as well as bespoke, shorter courses.
We hope that people who engage with us will see positive benefits on their health and well being, as well as acquiring the skills and confidence needed to move forward in their lives.
We work individually with people based on their specific needs and can offer mentoring opportunities in money management and IT support.
