Bath Pilgrimage Walk – Saturday 23rd March 2019

Bath Abbey and Genesis work with the residents, workers, students, visitors, organisations and institutions of the city. This pilgrimage will bring us together to pray for the city we serve.

Revd Stephen Girling (Bath Abbey) and Revd Steve Hughes (Genesis) will lead the walk and offer times of prayer at locations along the way. There will be two sections walked in silence. Become a pilgrim: listening and praying to God, attending to strangers on the journey.

All are welcome: join us for the whole walk (19km) or just the afternoon section along the canal (12km).

10am depart from The Magdalen Chapel, Holloway (please arrive from 9.30am). Please be aware that the first section of the walk involves some steep hills through Widcombe and up to Combe Down.

OR join us in the afternoon, 1pm depart from St Michael’s Monkton Combe (please arrive from 12.30pm).

Please register here – spaces are limited to 50. Children 17 or under must be accompanied by an adult. Stout shoes, weatherproof gear, food and water are your responsibility.
