GIVE THE GIFT OF COMFORT AND HOPE THIS CHRISTMAS
– AND GET IT DOUBLED!
Can you help us keep our Lifeline drop-in centre open for longer, and give homeless and vulnerable people a chance to turn their lives around?
We’re taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge to raise money for Lifeline, a daytime sanctuary for homeless and vulnerable adults in Bath offering a warm welcome, basic supplies and the help people need to start to turn their lives around.
Recently, we have seen a staggering eight fold increase in demand for individual intensive support sessions, on issues such as housing, mental and physical health problems and debt. We are also starting to open on a Saturday morning, a particularly cold and lonely time for homeless people.
Your gift can make a real difference to people’s lives locally. People like Shirley, who was homeless herself, has turned her life around and how volunteers at Lifeline. Read Shirley’s story here
How you can help
We need your help to keep Lifeline open on Saturday mornings and provide the intensive support people need to tackle the often overwhelming problems they face. Remember, we have been chosen to take part in the Big Give Christmas challenge, so online donations will be doubled!
