LATEST UPDATES FOR OCTOBER 2020
We have been working hard to adjust our services to ensure that we are continuing to meet the immediate needs of our clients whilst keeping them, as well as our staff and volunteers, safe from the spread of infection.
The Furniture Project retail shop is CLOSED until further notice. We are unfortunately not able to accept any donations at the moment.
However, we are restarting Agency Sales during October in order to support clients who have very little of nothing as they move into accommodation, often for the first time.
See here for more information.
Bath Foodbank now operates using digital vouchers and a delivery-only service. All the Foodbank distribution centres are now closed until further notice and printed vouchers are no longer valid. This is to protect our clients, staff and volunteers.
If you are in need of an EMERGENCY food parcel please contact one of our referral agencies who will deal with your request online. If in doubt, please contact Welfare Support in the first instance.
If you would like to support the Bath Foodbank we would be very grateful as we have seen demand for food increase. Please place your donated food in the containers found beyond the checkout any Bath supermarket. See here for a list of currently needed items.
If you are unable to visit a supermarket but would like to donate financially to the Foodbank, you can do so here.

Due to Covid-19 we are currently having a reduced timetable of activities at the Gateway centre. See latest timetable here.
We are delivering some courses and activities online for regular Life Skills clients that we hope will help with some of the challenges of being isolated. Clients can access these by visiting our Facebook page and clicking on the Life Skills group under the groups tab.
We are supporting our clients on a one at a time basis in the Gateway Centre by appointment only. One-to-one slots are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
If you are a regular Gateway Centre visitor and would like to contact the Lifeline staff please call 01225 439384.
The Genesis office is closed and the team are working from home. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to get in touch.
As you will appreciate, the costs of running Genesis are continuing or rising as we meet the changing situation, while at the same time as our ability for fundraise from events and other activities is significantly impaired. If you would like to support our work during these difficult times please click here.
All other projects are CLOSED until further notice.
Further updates will be posted on here in due course so please check regularly.
