Life Skills offers courses and workshops to people who are struggling – this may be due to loneliness and isolation, mental health issues, addictions or low confidence. All of our courses are free and there are lots of different opportunities; both creative and practical. Ranging from creative writing, art, an IT drop-in, money management, cookery, food hygiene, music therapy, gardening and photography.
Our hope is that those who engage with our courses see positive benefits on their health and well-being and that the new skills acquired can be used as a step towards further training and employment. We work individually with people depending on need.
