Through our Pathways Programme we offer free, individual coaching and mentoring sessions for disadvantaged and vulnerable adults as they move through the three stages of crisis, development and empowerment to make positive changes in their lives.
Our aim is to support people as they tackle complex problems related to housing, debt, addiction and mental health. Clients are enabled to identify and reach their own goals for the future over a six month period.
If you would like to find out more about becoming a mentor, please contact Caleb Mallard who is the Pathways co-ordinator.
