We are now once again providing an “essential service” to agencies, organisations and individuals that support people in need. We are able to provide a select range of essential items – click here for full details of what we offer, how we offer it, prices and delivery details.
We can also apply for funding on behalf of clients residing in the BANES area and who are struggling financially, and welcome approaches from agencies and those supporting people in need, whether or not they have used our services before.

Sadly, the physical shop will not be able to restart for the foreseeable future. Instead we will be taking the Furniture Project ONLINE! We will have a range of items that members of the general public will be able to purchase online. We will be starting off small and intend to expand our offering over time. The current target date for going online is early 2021 and as we get near to the relaunch we will be announcing details on our website and social media.
To begin with, we will be making use of stock that we already have. When we have space to take on new donations we will let you know the list of items that we are able to accept, as well as more info on how to donate!
In the meantime, if you are wishing to donate items, we kindly ask that you either keep hold of your items for now (if you are able to!) or consider using one of the following platforms to donate the cost of your items to us:
eBay for charities – sell your items via eBay and enable Genesis Trust to get the funds!
Ziffit – they can collect CDs, books, DVDs and games, proceeds are donated to Genesis Trust!
Any funds raised through these other platforms will still help to support our work!
