Community and Business Relationship Lead

Hours: 30 per week

Location: Bath (office and home working) 

Salary: £31,000 – 37,000 – FTE, depending on experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, people-person who can maintain and cultivate relationships with our community and corporate partners. The successful candidate will need fundraising experience with community, corporates and challenge events. Support Worker

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full Time), can be two part-time positions for the right candidates

Location: The Gateway Centre, Bath

Salary: £ 31,136 (FTE)

The Support Worker plays a key role in delivering Genesis Trust’s Life Projects, providing practical, emotional and relational support to people experiencing homelessness, poverty, addiction, social isolation and other life challenges. Working from a trauma-informed and person-centred approach, they will assist in facilitating a safe and welcoming space where individuals can build trust, access support and take positive steps towards greater independence and wellbeing.

The role combines frontline support, advocacy, community engagement, volunteer supervision and partnership working. The successful candidate will demonstrate compassion, adaptability and professionalism, walking alongside individuals as they rebuild confidence, relationships and purpose while actively supporting the Christian values and ethos of Genesis Trust.

Operations Director

Hours: 26.5 (3.5 days) per week

Location: Bath (office/hybrid)

Salary: £43,590 (FTE)

This is a pivotal senior leadership opportunity at Genesis Trust Bath: a chance to strengthen the people, culture, systems and organisational foundations that help us support people experiencing homelessness, poverty and vulnerability across our community. Working closely with the CEO and Board of Trustees, the Operations Director will play a central role in delivering our immediate strategic priorities while helping to shape the next chapter of Genesis Trust’s impact.

Chaplain

Hours: 22.5 per week (Mon, Wed, Fri mornings 09:30 – 13:30 and remainder flexible)

Salary: £35,754 (pro rata)

Genesis Trust Bath has an exciting opportunity for a Chaplain to join our team, supporting our client community, providing pastoral support for our wonderful our staff and volunteers and the liaising with the wider church community.  If you have a passion for following Jesus by supporting the most vulnerable in our society, this will be the role for you.

Working 3 days a week, based out of The Gateway Centre in London Road, you will support our client sessions 3 mornings a week and lead the Faith Group.
