Van Team Leader

Salary:          £18,000-£20,000 full time equivalent; depending upon experience

Closing Date: Thursday 1st July 2021 17:00. Interviews will take place on Wednesday 7th July.

Location:       Keynsham

Hours:          9:00-17:00 Thursday and Friday

The Genesis Trust is an inspiring and much loved Christian charity in Bath, supporting vulnerable and homeless adults. We are currently looking for a van team leader to assist our Furniture Manager in the collection and delivery of items of furniture.

To succeed in this role you are likely to have the following:

  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Positive nature, ambitious, adaptable and resourceful
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Physical capability to lift furniture
  • A clean driving licence
  • Desire to learn and take on new challenges

Life Course Facilitator

Salary:          £22,500 – 25,000 full time equivalent, dependent upon experience

Closing Date: Monday 28th June 2021 at 17:00. Interviews will take place on Friday 2nd July.

Location:       Bath

Hours:          09:00-17:30, 3 days per week

The Genesis Trust is an inspiring and much loved Christian charity in Bath, supporting vulnerable and homeless adults. We are excited to announce that we are looking for a motivated, compassionate and enthusiastic Life Course Facilitator with an interest in addiction recovery and mental health. Preferably you’ll have some training experience to join our team and support our clients on their ongoing journey.

To succeed in this role you are likely to have the following:

  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Empathetic and enthusiastic nature 
  • Experience in teaching, training or facilitating would be helpful
  • The ability to support people with adverse lived experience in a grounded manner
  • Provide support within professional boundaries is important
  • Giving and receiving feedback and exercising reflective practice are essential
