Support Genesis Life Projects and Bath, Keynsham and Somer Valley Foodbank this Christmas. 

Last year we launched Genesis Christmas Gifts, a way for you to buy gifts for friends and family, whilst also supporting your local community. 

With so many gifts given and received over Christmas, charity gifts like ours are a way to give a gift to your loved ones which benefits someone else.  

This Christmas we have eight gifts to choose from which support Genesis Life Projects and the newly merged foodbanks in Bath, Keynsham and Somer Valley.  

Each gift comes with a gift card to give to friends and family with a greetings card for you to fill out. We’ll send them to you in the post, or you can choose an e-card. If you’d like to just make a donation toward these gifts, that’s an option too.

Help for Homeless  £10 

Providing for the immediate practical needs of homeless people at Genesis Life Projects.

A 3-day emergency food parcel from Bath, Keynsham & Somer Valley Foodbank for people referred to us in crisis.

Empowering parents visiting the Foodbank to buy Christmas presents for their children.

Q & A 

Will my donation be spent on the gift I’ve chosen? 

These gifts are a representation of how your donation will be spent within Genesis Life Projects and Bath, Keynsham and Somer Valley Foodbank. If you buy a Foodbank gift, your donation will be spent on Foodbank. All donations will be used where the need is greatest. This is because if we had 70 people buy Christmas dinners and we only needed 40, this wouldn’t work. The gifts can help you show others how Genesis and the Foodbank are making a difference locally. And it’s a way to share Christmas with your community.  

Can you send the cards straight to my friends and family?  

Unfortunately our website doesn’t have the capability to capture that information from you, but if you want to send it to Emma (emma.drew@genensistrust.org.uk) in an email, please tell her the recipients name and address, and what message you’d like written in the card.  

Can I buy more than one gift?  

Yes you can. Just add each gift you want to your basket and then pay for them all together. 

Do I need to pay postage and packaging?  

If you buy a gift and want a gift card sent to you we are asking for a donation of £2.00 toward the cost of printing and posting. This is optional at checkout – there is a drop down option underneath ‘delivery’ to choose which amount to apply. 

Can my church or business buy these gifts?  

Yes, if you want to use these gifts as a way of fundraising as a community then please do! The gifts have different costs attached to them to cater for different people or groups who might want to support our work.
