Life Recovery helps people recovering from the causes and impact of addiction as they journey toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life. We do this by offering life skills and mutual support in the form of: The Life course, SMART Recovery and peer support groups.

Life Course
The life Course is for those in Recovery from addiction and poor mental health who would like to improve their life skills, confidence, relational skills, develop healthy thinking patterns and reduce isolating behaviours.
SMART Recovery
SMART Recovery is a science-based group programme aiming to support guests during their journey to change addictive behaviour.
